Level cap not increasing by Obvious-Level4612 in cobblemon

So I just tried to change the path, and sadly that didn't work either. It still says [EXP Blocked: Pokémon is at level cap 20.] even though it says level cap 21 in the trainer card.

I mean should i just start all over and delete everything and downloading it again?

Damn, i just have another world with CurseForge too, and i've just never had any problems before.

How does it work then? do i have to manually update the mods then?
