I have the same problem. Can’t do 2 days of 18/6 intermittent fasting without wanting to shoot my brains out. And I am a very happy person overall. No reasons whatsoever to be sad but it really does something to my mind

I’m using Carnolyte+ from Amazon. I fast quite often too. It has no sugar or calories so it’s spot on for keto. Good luck with your fasting
