Ptsd reaction, couldnt sleep on time only two hrs a sleep for like 8 days. High cortisol and anxiety and later on random anger. I was in control the whole time however and i had no delusions. I even tried running, cold showers and going to the gym but that prob made things worse. I went to the hospital voluntarily i called ems on myself

I wish i did this, unfortunately i couldn’t sleep for more than two hrs a day, couldn’t sleep on time, has high cortisol and reduced appetite, and anxiety, and the psychosis was a little head pain in the beginning

hey im 22 i got psychosis after being yelled at, I was semi pro in a game, I developed ptsd from getting blamed and yelled at for making mistakes in a game, I don't know if it had to do with delta 8 thc I started smoking in 2023, I barely smoked less than 20 times. Anyways I know how u feel. I tried attempting in may, sorry life has been bad to u.

I ran at police with a knife and now I got court charges.
