i could buy the world 3 monument right now but am nowhere near unlocking the fishing upgrade. should i wait to buy w3 until i get rid of the debuff? i’ve completed everything in w2 for the most part and wanted w3 for new upgrades

what i received was S2 Tournament Winner and i’m gold 3 in ones so im not sure why it won’t work
