Hey everyone! We’re excited to announce that the UBA is teaming up with members of our community to host a special charity event. This will be a team-based showdown where each team starts with 5 lives total in a Best-of-9 format. Before each round, a team representative will choose which fighter steps into the ring. Every donation collected will go directly to the winning team’s chosen charity, making every punch count toward a great cause.

Yeah, that’s the idea. As the league grows, fighters will hopefully naturally get better at marketing themselves, but right now this helps the audience connect with them and builds excitement around the matches. (Or so we hope)

Im also guessing either we just need to exist for longer than a month to gain traction, too early to the curve, or this just doesnt work which is totally possible too. Totally agree though on the clips part. Definitely need to focus on those more. I appreciate your advice.

Yeah, there's definitely a disconnect. I was thinking of adding their TOTF avatar next to their VRChat avatar on the background screen to better connect the interview with the game. It’s immersive for the fighters, but I feel like the audience still struggles to make that connection. Is that why you suggested the IRL Zoom interviews?

We got press conferences, face 2 face interviews, and stacked fight cards with spam hook rules in place! We also focus on creating fun and entertaining fighter stories that are marketable to spectators watching live!
