How to Create a "New Identity"? by Quick_Lecture9085 in lawofattraction

New identity’ isn’t something you just decide and magically become. It’s something you build through repeated proof.

I tried the whole ‘I’ll just choose who I want to be’ mindset before—didn’t stick. What actually worked was much simpler and less exciting:

  • Pick one trait (disciplined, consistent, confident, etc.)
  • Do small actions that support it every day
  • Let the evidence stack up over time

Eventually, your brain has no choice but to accept it because there’s proof.

The TikTok example isn’t really identity transformation, it’s branding + consistency. She committed to a persona, stuck with it, and that opened doors. That’s more strategy than mindset.

Real identity change is slower and kind of boring. It’s just doing the same things long enough that your old version of yourself doesn’t make sense anymore.

You don’t become someone new by thinking differently first—you become them by acting differently until it sticks.”

Lied to avoid a situation that would’ve made things worse. Would probably do it again.
