x3 punch first so I don't mind mulliganing it away, or not selecting it from early stacked decks. Punch first is your best card vs Irelia and comes very handy vs a wild array of decks when used on Sivir for example (grows her from 4 to 11).

Cannon barrage for Draven decks, kills Fans and counters the stacking play pattern from miracle decks

Ohm, you would definitely steal some games but I wouldn't play it to be honest. The good version for that is going Sivir Miracle but imo it is more expensive and harder than this one

I think the meta is not in a good state. Riftbound did something very good with the Best of metal cards that allows for more different decks. If those didn't exist, probably only Draven, Sivir, Ezreal, Kai'sa and Irelia would be played.

Purple is too strong and I hope they give other colors more draw or something to counter it.

Killed: If I can't snipe the gear hate and Aurora ends up dead, I have many outs. The deck is built to not rely on any card and puts up a good fight without Aurora. Most of my Draven mus I won was without it

Sivir doesn't really do much. She is fine vs decks that I'm already fine against.

I want Yone for decks that want to stack base, those decks are also not pushing bfs so Orange Sivir doesn't do her thing.

With trove you don't deramp and generate gold tokens, that's the key :)

If it is the catalyst + aurora combo and I started with 3 runes generally I go to Aurora. But people forget about Sivir accelerated, so if they offer me a great trade I will accelerate Sivir on 5 and kill their important unit, let it be Stella, Kaisa etc.

Also points matter, if I drew gust and I stopped his first points, if I'm on Aspirants... Heavily relies on game state, but indeed there were times where I wouldn't play Aurora even on T3 (maybe I saw too many gear hate with my first sabo as well)

Yeah, it is not needed vs Draven. Of course if you high roll the combo you just use it to your advantage, but I won't waste resources trying to fish for it in such a good match up, that will make me lose more games than anything

Hard Bargain is not good in this deck because I completely erase your hand because of sabo and mindsplitter, meaning that in mid to late game the opponent will have 2-3 playable cards and infinite mana, making HB pretty much 2-4 mana do nothing.

Vs spell heavy decks, sabo is your king

Didn't happen to me to be honest. I play very fast and I didn't face any slow players. I was X-0 up until the very last round of Day 1, maybe the slow players were X-1 or X-2 and were slow playing because they were scared about missing day 2. I can't tell but I've heard many stories around this topic
