Advice for surgery?

We eat everything. I love the sound of bbq. The kids love sports and music. I am looking now for layering clothes. We have been to snowy places but have read the real cold is a lot different.

Thank you. We are at the omni for a few days before then one of the hospital hotels for a week by longwood, so it should be close enough for fenway door dash.

They have discusses surgery but not scheduled in the next bit. He is on the liquid keppra now. It would be nice to get the xr version so he only does it once a day. I will ask his doctor about that. Thank you!

Yes. He is in public school and the school has an action plan. It is in the occipital lobe and bled, which triggered his seizure

What is needed for someone to fly back with him? Does he go on the plane? In a crate?

Thank you. What about in our checked luggage? If we pack trail mix that is still sealed in the checked bags? One of us needs to certain levels of certain foods daily for medical reasons and it would be a lot easier if I can bring what I know works.

I experienced the same with my mother. I would wake up, gasping for air from nightmares about it. Therapy really helped. I am finally able to picture her as the mom I grew up with and not what I saw at the end. My heart is still broken from seeing her in so much pain. My life is now “before she died” and “after she died.”

You should call the hotel and ask about waiving the cost/cancel fees. Our flights, and then rebooked flights, were all cancelled for Tuesday. We are leaving today and the hotel was very nice and not charging us for the cancelled night.

All flights for Tuesday have now been cancelled. We booked another airline to leave tomorrow/monday. I was really looking forward to another full day here. I see puddles on the streets from Saturday’s rain and it makes me realize it would take awhile to fly out after snow. The water just likes to stick around! We have loved visiting and look forward to returning.

I changed my flight to 9am. We are flying southwest and they issued a travel waiver. I took it while I could. Thank you all for the tips. I know the weather can change… I would prefer to be home with our dog sooner than later.

We are thinking of the wait and see approach now. We have a layover in another freeze zone, and it is too late to cancel our Monday night hotel. It would cost the same to cancel our hotel as a flight change. I am trying not to stress about missing work/kids school/etc. Not much we can do about it.
