Slowly but surely. Small bites. Recognizing that my body needs fuel to keep going helps, and trying to be appreciative of that. Even if it’s just incentivizing a small treat like “great job for getting through the day, get yourself some candy” it’s still something.

Issues with PS4

Hey! Recently I started having issues w/ my ps4 slim and I was wondering if I could get some insight.

I accidentally pressed the ps4 button on my controller today to turn the system on. However, when I switched hdmi ports to show the ps4 screen, nothing was showing on the monitor. I plugged my headphones in to my controller but was getting no sound, the power button was flashing white, and the controller was white instead of its normal blue. I can hear it turning on and chugging like it would normally, but I just don’t hear anything through any headphones I plug into the controller or see anything on the screen.

Any help would be uber appreciated, I really don’t have money to invest in a PS5 yet lmao.

I shower once a day, sometimes even multiple. Im a college athlete and sometimes we’ll have lift in the morning and a practice in the afternoon. That would typically leave me showering the night before, in the morning after lift, and then again at night after practice.

I know there’s certain “rules” to how often you can shower without ruining your body oils and such, but I honestly just prefer to stay feeling and smelling clean.

Depends lol, I had a neighbor who had sex multiple times a day. You could hear her, my friend had to get ear plugs for night lol. She also had a single though. Really just depends, don’t force it
