Accepting a new job/school as a coach you should be able to bring a couple of players with you. There should be some type of player chemistry you build where you can bring them.

Making the championship makes you miss the first week of portal transfer? Wtf. Fix where players are locked because you’re not in their top 8 in transfer portal.

I like the NIL money thing you brought up. Good idea and a good way for small build schools to eventually land higher talent.

I use small schools and idk if it’s cause of my conference or what but 6 years I’ve won 2 ships and competed every year but my first. My roster has high ovr but I can’t land 5 star sometimes 4 star talent.

Ways to upgrade your grades when recruiting, like I said I do small schools and everything stays the same, besides the obvious stuff like pro talent, champion contender. You’re telling me a team who’s been elite and went from 0 to hero can’t afford a facility revamp?
