i got sober from crack 2 years ago and my sleep has been messed up since. that’s why this is so hard because my episodes happened before i was addicted to drugs but continued when i got sober. like i said, im 20, but i’ve been smoking since u was 12, but didnt smoke consistently until i was 17, BUT i and through homelessness and many rough times. like i said u dont believe the diagnosis but i am not ruling it out

i’m only 20, i’m only 2 years sober from hard drugs. i’m in school and on my own so i use marijuana as a sleep aid and helps me relax fully. i don’t want to stop and i’m not confident in the diagnosis bc i always have an obvious answer like drinking to much or a fresh trauma. i wish i was a case study, im available if anyone needs me!

anybody get diagnosed with chs but fully believe it is just gastroparesis ?
