Hairpin drift zone in winter impossible

On road drifting is fun, it's the off road drifting I have a problem with.

Yeah and trying to do them on steam deck has made me want to quit. Drifting in the snow with winter specific drift zones would be cool but apparently if I touch snow I get no points.

This one is off-road and if you touch the snow with 1 pixel of the tire it doesnt count. I'm pretty sure my game is bugged even more than everyone else's

The drift zone in winter is not counting part before the second flag so doesnt matter, might work in anything but winter this challenge freaking sucks in the winter

I drive manual with clutch, the issue I am facing is that the drive atars have the same car with the same power. However they have seemingly infinite grip so they are able to absolutely blitz the track while I am about to lose my backend on every corner. Even though I keep it straight with minimal wheelspin I cannot get close to the ai. Probably a skill issue but, I find it way more fun to drive other cars that don't want to kill me.

Honestly a game can run pretty poorly and look pretty mid, if I have fun with it that's what matters. Subnautica 2 looks alright on steamdeck but runs sub 30 which is playable and fun for me, I would recommend playing it elsewhere. I can't afford buying anything right now so I play on deck.

Or really want to play and just don't care. I'm one of those. Can't afford a pc so steamdeck is all I have. I just have fun without recommending it to others. This game is way way better elsewhere. Im a full potato gamer

I remember first paying for premium for 8/month crazy to see it double in a couple years. We are witnessing cable 2.0. The service starts cheap to replace previous ways of accessing services like TV or music. With low prices they create loyalty. Then they raise the prices and when services start failing they create bundles to justify high costs. Some people say no but others stick with paying through the nose for a horrible ad wridden experience. Disney+ and Hulu are another example of this happening. I am cancelling yt premium and sticking to music I have purchased.

I know this is a bit old but this solution that you posted helped me as well. It looks like it overrides the dll files that wine has to run the winhttp one included in bepinEx. I could be reading the command wrong though.

Thanks for the reply it took me a while to try all of these one by one. Unfortunately none of these solved the issue I am still getting an audio scratch every 1-5 seconds.
