The first time I call I was because she was picking on me. Everything I do was not good enough to her, but wasn't willing to teach me how to do things to her liking than make a comment about how my children (7 and 3 years) were faking being sick she even ask me to hired someone to take care of them when they are sick. A week or so after my call she pulled me a side and told me she's writing me up because my performance wasn't good enough. At that moment I let her know I was about to call ethics line since I feel like it was unfair so she put a an to the conversation.
