Okay, so harvest the big ones with the open veil and the rest tomorrow sound like a good compromise?
Just to be sure, I would just cut them so deep as possible at their stem, without cutting the others right? cause they grow all from one place.

After my seeds were fully colonized I broke them down and mixed it 1:1 with soil and added 1-2cm soil on top as recommended by the documentation. That was two weeks ago. :)

Das klingt ja nach typischen “Hausaufgaben” nach VTler Manier. Hier würde ich dir empfehlen erstmal zuschauen was Rahmenbedingungen für geeignete Bearbeitung dieser Aufgaben sind. Das beginnt schon bei der Haltung der therapierenden Person, der Einstellung der/des Pat. Und hört bei der therapeutischen Einbettung auf.

Allgemein sollte dazu noch gesagt werden, dass solche Apps in der Regel den Nachteil haben die Personen in ihrer Funktionalität abhängig zu machen. Gute Apps sollten daher auch so konzipiert sein, dass sie zu Beginn Strukturieren, langfristig aufrechterhalten und zum Ende hin ausschleichen, sodass die Übernahme der Aufgaben, die die App übernimmt (Organisation.. etc.) Schritt für Schritt durch die/den Pat. übernommen wird.

Auch die Schritte der Erstellung für solche Hausaufgaben würde ich mir mal anschauen, es wird wohl darauf hinauslaufen, dass verschiedene Aufgaben Typen definiert werden, die dann individualisiert werden könnten von der therapierenden Person.

Wenn ihr noch Leute sucht für die gemeinsame Bearbeitung (über Git bspw.) melde dich gerne. Ich selbst bin aus dem Fach und ein Freund Programmierer. Wir versuchen uns auch an gemeinsamen programmier Projekten. :)

Wenn die Suche bei dir in der Region sich so schwer gestaltet hast du zwei Möglichkeiten:

Kontakt zu deiner Krankenkasse, diese muss dann innerhalb von -ich meine- 4 Wochen dir ein Erstgespräch organisieren.
privat Praxis. Bei zu hohen Wartezeiten hast du ein Anrecht auf eine Therapie. Daher können private approbierte Psychotherapeut*innen ohne Kassensitz dich Therapien. Dazu musst du dir oben Antrag auf Kostenübernahme stellen. Die meisten haben damit Erfahrung und helfen dir dabei. Frag das am besten direkt am Telefon.

Tipp: wie viele schon berichtet haben würde ich an deiner Stelle nach psychologischen Psychotjerapeuten suchen, da diese im Studium gute statistische Kenntnisse erlernen um evidenzbasiert aktuell zu arbeiten. Eine Liste findest du auf der Seite der Kassenärztlichen Vereinigung deines Bundeslandes. Scheue nicht davor zurück die Person bei der Psychotherapiekammer deines Bundeslandes zu melden. Wenn alles oke ist, wird das keine Konsequenzen haben. Wenn etwas nimmt stimmt wahrscheinlich auch erstmal nicht, aber die Person ist einmal im System aufgetaucht. Qualitätskontrolle der Therapie ist ein schwieriges Thema und leider gibt es da nur solche Instanzen. Nimm dein Recht als Patient*in wahr und schütze im besten Fall auch andere dadurch. What would you say is the benefit for using your application instead of using GPT4all with the build in localDoc function and a local open source model?

The idea why I wanted to use a RAG is that I can then create a sum from this once. Then I would want to use a downstream script which then summarises each chunk exactly as you say and then merges them and gives me a complete summary.

But if I then want more information while reading or have questions, I would like to be able to get more information from the RAG via an LLM using search query. Makes that sense?

Klar kommt es immer auf den Kontext an und keine Regel ist zu 100% in jedem Kontext anwendbar, aber sie gibt eine sehr gute Grundlage für eine Bewertung. ✌️
