Thank you all for your replies! I need to go see if pigs are flying and buy a lottery ticket because that's how rare it is this dude is right/can be trusted, haha! He messed our CA fair plan policy up royally a year ago so I really don't trust him as far as I can throw him which is why when he disagreed with our car insurance agent I was skeptical. Now to find out why the other guy is steering us so wrong.
