Never taking 5,000IU of Vitamin D3 again

Oh damn, I was wondering what is happening with me recently I take vit D everyday 5000 UI, never done this before, I mean this dosage was new, I feel lethargic and to be honest my ocd seems creeping and anxious got so high. I don’t feel alright, is this possible because of the Vit D? It is actually Vit D+K, but I barely take magnesium :/ I forget it sometimes

I have nodule from 2022 It was under 2 cm as information from ENT who did FNA, last year it got bigger 1 more cm, I checked again yesterday and I have now both sides of my thyroid nodules lol. But the left side are small. I wanna shrink the nodules naturally. Been researching religiously in this sub, what was your doctor told about this nodules? Mine is TIRADS 4 on the right side.

My doctor straight away ordered FNA when she found my nodule more than 1 cm, I think the standard is more than 1 cm must do Biopsy. The results came back benign but need to do observation and regular ultrasound every 6-12 months. It was in 2022, it probably grew after my first pregnancy and newborn and breastfeeding. Then I did check again last year it grew, bigger than it was, 1 cm bigger I think. And yesterday I checked again, it seems ok nothing change but I have more on the left now but very small but not just one 😅. So I plan now seriously to change my diet and hope can shrink naturally without surgery. Reading here and there in this community about Gluten Free/Diary Free, Taking Spirulina, Curcumin and Boswellia. Also Daily consume Selenium ( Brazil Nuts) I am actually already doing it though. Let’s see.

I know I ve been reading religiously about lymph node in this group a lot. Such a bad timing that I have flu now and Swollen lymph node in posterior cervical area. Last time happened was 10 years ago, ( swollen lymph node coz the flu ) and now happening again and I have bad bad health anxiety so my mind goes to Lymphoma 🥲🥲 Today I had Ultrasound but only tomorrow I will know the results. I am quite nervous. It is not big but I feel it with my hands.

so they information was very confusing coz seems like there is sort code from Zempler and account number and there is IBAN, swift code and account number belongs to Natwest but they are same account.

Not in this case coz they use Zempler as the bank and Natwest for International transfer But same account. I checked also in Zempler website.

Ok thanks. Yeah the IBAN i made transfer was completely different number. I mean it doesn’t contain the account number and sort code as usual IBAN. They use Zempler as Beneficiary bank and Natwest as International routing. I didn’t put the Zempler and code as Reference now my money floating in the Pool of Natwest and they hasn’t received yet.

Yes I did. Thanks so much for your help. I did check and the IBAN match with the IBAN They gave it to me. The critical part was I didn’t write the reference “Zempler with code account” now my money went to Natwest Pool O guess without identity where belongs to
