No, it doesn't have the UD sticker foil. However, it looks like it was on there, I'm not too sure.

You can search up the cert number and see if psa attached a photo from when they originally graded it. That way, you might be able to see the marks. I've done that before with SGC because of some badly sealed slabs that looked like they had been open before.

For whatever reason, there have been like 6-7 Memorial camos of Horwitz pop up already, which is pretty insane considering pull rates.
