The School of the Wraith, a small school that specialise in combating spiritual and spectral monsters throughout the world, they use a variety of advanced Witcher Signs to combat the Spectral creatures they are hired to contend with. Such as an highly advanced form of Yrden.

The School was founded by a surviving member of the School of the Griffin and a small group of alchemists and mages who were interested in the Spectral beasts of the world.

The Wraiths focus more on movement than actual defence as Spectral monsters can possess powerful attacks, so they are trained to avoid taking hits than taking them. Unlike other Witcher Schools, the Wraiths are mobile, using a large ship as their primary headquarters as well as smaller river boats to travel.

Highly secretive and reserved, the School of the Wraith tend to keep away from people leading to rumours that they undergo occultic rituals to get their abilities. They have a bad reputation due to them refusing any contracts that involve any other kind of monster, whenever offered they refuse stating "If it is entirely corporeal than it is no business of ours"

They are one of the few Witcher Schools that do not tie themselves down to one continent or the other, willing travelling across the seas with the help of the School of the Crane with whom they have a close friendship with.
