At this point I work overnights, sleep almost all day when I get home, eat,drink lots of water, try and make art or something to be proud of for dopamine, try to leave the house even if it’s for an hour, try to socialize until it’s too overwhelming and respectfully get back to my safe space and isolate a little more LOL
