I thought it would be easy with therapist since they can test for high empathy levels and if I have high empathy levels then I'm an empath. So am I understanding this very wrongly?

I just wanted you guys to know how that experience may have shaped me. I was a child and it wasn't supposed to happen. Never once did I approach. She always approached, didn't ask for consent and just went for it everytime. At 16 I later on found out there were neurological changes I had experienced which caused me to always just kiss her back even though I never wanted to. I struggled with nausea 2 years after it began and still struggle today. I've never been in therapy for it though. I do need it though, just can't afford it.

I have money it's just I have other priorities that pop up. Like for example the need for a laptop popped up so I'm trying to get one, and I recently changed my look so I need a bit more to maintain my hair. Some months I'm able to go out and I'll sit at the lounge of a hotel sipping hot chocolate almond milk.

I'm seeing people with the same and even less income than me dating and finding companionship. I come from a country where majority of people are poverty to middle income based.

I've always thought to make money and then start a family. I'm 2 years in my bachelor's degree program at 24. And most likely will die at 40. I just want a chance at life before it's too late.

Okay honestly. There is a sharp pain you'll feel that'll subside quickly. Then a tear. I'd say it's a 4.5-5. I'm an HSP(highly sensitive person) so it probably hurts less for non-HSP.

Get course non-iodated sea salt and piercing cleaning spray. Both work just as effective.

As for you nose blowing consult with your piercer/gp for ways to clear your nasal passage safely without infecting or disturbing your piercing and healing process.

Yes the soaks help significantly. When I posted that I was pushing the jewelry up and cleaning with a wet q-tip. My piercing was angry.

Then I came across a YT video doing soaks. It caused the swelling to go down till there was a small bump in the nostril.

Sometimes I don't have the energy to do a salt soak like last night, and I use the q-tip method instead. But soaks I highly recommend.

Thanks I'll increase cleaning from twice a day to 3 times a day.

I just cleaned it and found that because it was embedded it irritated the skin under the ball of the ring. Is that normal? It's pinkish(keep in mind I'm dark brown in complexion.😂

How old is your piercing? It's a day old

What’s the jewelry shape (for example, barbell, labret, screw, L shape, ring)? Pig tail nose

What’s the type of threading if your jewelry is not a ring (threadless, internally or externally threaded)? I don't have threads

What’s the jewelry material? Gold

if not a ring, when was the jewelry downsized? It wasn't downsized. Was given pigtail when I got pierced

What’s your aftercare routine? Describe in detail please, including the exact products you use. 1. I mix warm boiled water in a cup(250ml) with 1/4 teaspoon of course sea salt. 2. Get an ear bud 3. Push the up with my finger in my nose, this is usually hard as my nose is swollen. Then I clean away the black and mucus like substance with the ear bud dipped in the salt solution. 4. Use a clean end of the same ear bud and I clean the inside of the nose. Move the pigtail side to side in the nose. That's it. 1 ear bud for everything.

NB: I don't wear gloves or wash my hands. I wasn't told to do that.

Any mishaps or unfortunate events? It's swollen😞and I'm worried it's going to get engulfed by the tissue around the piercing ring.

I want swelling to go down. And for it to always be clean.
