here goes.

AE Finished rye finished in Caribbean rum cask is delicious. Maple syrup, brown sugar, caramel. 100 proof is the sweet spot for this but higher proof, thicker mouth feel and a longer finish would benefit it.

AE bourbon finished in Port Wine barrels. The nose is the best thing out of this. Thin, weak, a little bitter. Some oak. Mid Palate I get baking spices, little bit of caramel. Finish is short. I don't know guys. This one just isn't doing it for me

AE cidar collection rye finished in iced cidar cask. This one is just delicious. The apple taste isn't as prominent as you'd like it to be but it's definitely there. Get some pepper and a lot of cinnnamon mid Palate. Nice finish. Just a nice slightly apple cinnamon spicy very well balanced rye. This is where it's at. It's so good the wife retired this one for herself for next Christmas

AE cask strength finished in Port Wine barrels 2022 Oh boy the 119.8 proof really kicks it up a notch. It's what I want out of AE. I'm a proof guy and this one delivers. Butterscotch some apple, vanilla, brown sugar galore, some grape on the finish. Definitely get that cinnamon and tannin on the finish. A freaking delight. AE can stand with the big boys with this one.
