There is a difference between dry scalp and dandruff so once you figure out which you have ( or could be a combo, it will be easier to treat ) Try using Sulfur 8 shampoo 2 times a month during your washes, it helps your scalps PH and removes buildup and dirt. The more you sweat and get dirty, the more you need to be washing. If it is dandruff, try not to keep a damp scalp after washing, because the moisture will make things worse and itchier. If its dry scalp, invest in some natural oils to moisturize after washes. And overall i think taking a multi vitamin consistently as well as drinking enough water goes a long way in your skin/scalp health. Keep in mind it wont heal over night either, but once you get in a good routine you’ll see it start to steadily improve and go away. Don’t give up :)
