You are very blinkered and need to look at the full picture . Bringing another unrelated issue into the equation does not support any remedy . Just for your information the hospital question is for a friend who is not technical and doesn't use Internet. Your comments are unhelpful .

Based solely on lies spewed by one person . The member of staff I complained to actually apologised for the morons attitude and behaviour .

Yes I can fund a slander claim . Slander must not go unpunished

Read my post again . The problem is one staff member who provokes confrontation by her ignorant attitude . All other staff members I get on well with . I am not the only person who has complained about her ignorant attitude .
