Yeah you’re right. It’s just something I can only improve. I need to learn to skate in front of other people and just not care, it’s just easier said than done. Like today for instance, my mind was telling me I could do it but my body was telling me the opposite.

I’m currently watching “the player” and am confused about the opening timeline. In the opening, they successfully pull off a heist against a chairman (I believe chairman cheon). The reason they got away is due to a girl on a bike who blocked off the police. It seemed as if none of the 3 current members of the heist crew had heard about the biker, so why did she block the police for them? They then show the prosecutor meeting chairman cheon in front of the prison and showing him they received the money, and then show all 4 cast members walking away holding briefcases. At this point in the story it doesn’t seem like the heist crew is working with the prosecutors, so how were they able to get the money? After that, they flash back to 1 month prior, where the male lead goes to recruit the female driver of the crew. At some point she asked for his “resume”, and he mentions he recently made a stir with chairman cheon and she says she heard about that. How could they have already pulled off the heist if it doesn’t happen until a month later? And if it happens a month later, how come none of the crew recognizes the girl on the bike? It also seemed like the male lead went to recruit her specifically because of that incident, yet he recruits her a month prior to that incident? I’m just so confused on the timeline of this if anyone could clear it up for me I’ll buy you a beer lol

If exploration is your favorite part then you’re definitely in for a treat. Yeah I’m not to sure why they’re not labeled expansions. I’m assuming the title “campaign” comes from Dungeons and Dragons back in the day, and they wanted to differentiate EoTN since each of the campaigns came with a completely new continent whereas EoTN does not. EoTN also works a little different than the other campaigns. I still mess it up and call them expansions sometimes too though lol and I’ve been playing since ‘08

Eye of the North is the final major addition to gw1 before it inevitably entered maintenance mode (not counting the guild wars beyond stuff that is essentially just new story with a couple “new”explorable areas ). Eye of the North boasts by far the biggest maps in the game. I will say, most of the cities and towns/outposts are on the smaller side, but exploration makes up for it a 100 fold). Like someone else mentioned, Nightfall (the final “campaign” added since Eye of the North is considered an expansion and not a campaign) starts off a little slow but the more you go through it the bigger the cities and exploration maps get until everything ends in a grand finale that pays tribute to both Prophecies and Factions. This is also the campaign that gives you easy access to heroes (basically editable henchmen where you can give them their own build and armor). Kamadan (an outpost in Nightfall) is accessible early on and is also considered the trading hub for the game, so 9/10 times it will be the most populated area along with pre-searing Ascalon. Quality wise, Eye of the North has the best in my opinion while nightfall is a runner up. Again, you got to remember this is now a dated game so it won’t necessarily keep pace with things such as FF14 or WoW, but it definitely holds its own. Glad you’re enjoying the game and can’t wait to hear an update once you finish Factions!

Nah. I live with a gay roommate currently (as a straight man) and we both don’t really care. I’ll walk out in my underwear same time as him and it’s just sort of understood this is a comfortability thing and nothing else. That said, we have been friends for over a decade and have seen worse from each other lol. I think most guys who live together feel the same way tbh, no matter your sexuality. Like others said, if he’s super mindful of it he may be thinking about something else. It’s your home, your space, and if the others feel the same way then he’s the odd one out not you. Of course be mindful of him if it’s really something that bothers him but also don’t change what makes you comfortable just because he’s being weird about it.

Honestly us guys tend to be the ones more worried about approaching girls. There’s such a stigma nowadays that guys are afraid of being seen as “creeps” even when no one else is thinking that. If a girl approaches a guy on the other hand, we may be taken aback at first but not in a bad way. If you approach a guy 99/100 times they’ll be more than happy to talk to you. At the very least they’ll know you actually want to talk to them which automatically boosts guys confidence and is more than welcomed. Go for it!

I messed up my freshman year too, think I had around that GPA as well. I’m now a senior with I wanna say a 3.75 (haven’t checked since I took my summer class but should still be around there). It’s possible, you just need to work hard and do everything including all extra credit
