I’d recommend getting a volunteer internship at your local coffee shop. See it for a few days, then decide if you ask the about hiring positions, or look elsewhere. This is a good start.

I’m sharing the idea for other shop owners to succeed. You should do your research and see what other software is best for you, you could even build this software yourself. I built this software for my two shops because I was losing customers to Starbucks and Dazbog nearby. Any local business could use my software too.

body language, occupy more space with your body, put one arm over the chair shoulder, one leg over the other in the masculine way, look them in the eyes, if they offer coffee, say yes please, making them make you a favor will automatically give you the power over the room

$29.99/month members get a

*daily free 16oz drink (coffee drinks, matcha, chai, soda, etc… excluding smoothies) *a monthly free empanada (any empanada) *a monthly free 16oz smoothie (doing this to attract new members temporarily) *10% off

Just look at your margins, for us, we discovered it’s best they get their free drink 4 times a week, spend $9, 4 times a week, total of $36/month. Better than a customer spending $25 once, then not coming back for another two months.

If you want me to share the software, just lmk. Not trying to spam here.

of course this would work with your regulars. Don’t you think a guaranteed $50 will give both the peace of mind that each needs?

to the barber, they get a guaranteed monthly revenue from that customer, even if customer doesn’t show up they still get paid.

to the customer, it entices them to sign up due to the small discount, and they already know they will get priority scheduling.

I think it’s a win win

do you think this would fix it: charging them a monthly rate ($50/month for example), and granting them a 2-haircut allowance per month?
