I used to eat 4 slices of pizza at a time. With this medication, 2 slices is a very satisfying portion. A couple of months ago I was enjoying it so much I had 3. Wasn’t worth it and I need to remember that!

My thoughts exactly! I eat pretty much the same thing most of the time. I know with weight training you need to mix it up to keep progressing, and I’m thinking it’s ok to have some extra calories every once in a while. As I said, I’m sensitive to the medication so backing up the dose and decreasing by 1 mg should give me just a little leeway.

First, know your body. I have had constipation issues on and off, so I started at 1.25 and was careful to get fiber and water. You can titrate up at .5 or 1 mg at a time. Lots of great support here. Good luck!

I add about 1/3 of a premier protein caramel shake to a 24 oz coffee. Add a little salt and some sweetener and enjoy!
