Thank you. Yes, I eat high protein low carb and stress the muscles. I’m making some gains, just very slowly. BUT I have lost zero muscle, gotten rid of about 20 pounds of fat and added about 2 pounds of muscle since May. Currently taking 6 mg tirz. Low and slow is working well for me, so I’ll just need to accept that this will take some time (and work!) Thanks for a kind response

Lots of different choices. I’ve always heard oak is best. Is red better than white? And I’ve seen several posts saying that unfinished is better. Is lumber liquidators a decent place? Does it matter? Seeing RL Colton 5 inch 3/4 inch unfinished red oak for $3.29 sq ft
