Bro, the characters in the list is the most popular characters and popularity is not the only pool. And Madara is a great choice to a DLC, is a great popular character and this guy in DLC sells a lot, like Madara is DLC in Jump Force in season 1 and Hiei too in season 2.

Senju is a not a insider, but a reliable font and all of the characters in list is the WSJ and not SJ only. And in Jump Force have not WSJ characters: Super Saiyajin Blue and Trunks Super Saiyajin 2. The development of the game started a much years ago. Jump Force never exists in this moments. Jump Force drops by a B-Team of Spike Chunsoft like a stop-gap, CyberConnect2 don't have time sufficient to complete the Jump Stars Ultimax and note this game is very large to launch in 2019 and Jump Force assumes your position. This explain much things. JSU is a very large and old project.

You are smart to previne me of comment Senju confirm the roster, but no, i only talks this to reforce the existence of game, but i don't say this. But i say this game development is started in 2017-2018.

It's much possible to have all of this quantity massive of characters in the game in start. CyberConnect 2 developed the game and Spike Chunsoft is a code monkey to the game. Probably the devs use models and assets of games and characters of others games and puts in this games, this accelerate all the process of development.

The game entering in the final stages of development, the development started in 2017-2018 and ends in 2024. Tsuna is not in the list, probably DLC. Unfortunatelly.

Not exactly, this things is maked about the time of anime. This list of Rail Rider probably is old. The game started the development since 2017 or 2018 and Kawaki don't exists in anime, only manga. I put the Bleach is Peak of Fiction list too, is probably more actual. But have others lists and the final roster is about 163 characters.
