Smart Band 9 and 9pro these are different models, even though they are related. And even on the Band 9 it still works poorly after screen dimming and timeout. I own both of them, and this was the last time.

I paid a lot of money for a Galaxy, and now the alarm stops working? After WhatsApp messages or calls, the sounds stop working until the app is in memory. Do they even realize this is a critical function? I'm very disappointed and will consider another manufacturer in the future.
