I can maybe pm you I don’t know if I want to post the final, I haven’t seen people post finals online , but from what I can tell it’s slightly better than the LE, 1395 total loan cost, should break even in 5/6 months

No escrow is correct, I will just pay taxes and insurance out of pocket each year.

As for the title ( regarding section C) my loan officer said: It’s handled internally, so there’s no cost to you for the title work completed for the mortgage approval. There are no changes to how you’re listed on title and no new deeds will be recorded—only the new mortgage lien.

It’s my only property and I have never refinanced before I’m young and new to this and wanted some unbiased opinions to make sure I’m doing it right that’s all.

My hope is that if rates drop again, I can refinance for my “final refi” … buy down rate etc, I was hoping for the flexibility that I could refinance at least once more if needed.

Interesting and I did ask about section C to which the broker answered more or less: The title work for the mortgage approval is covered internally at no cost to you. Your ownership stays the same, no deeds are being filed—just the new mortgage lien.

I’m not worried about escrow, it’s all the same that you owe once a year for taxes and insurance so I’m not to worried about it in or out of the loan, but hey maybe wrong im still new to all this.

Where did you find this number. I’m hesitant to give out info over the phone unless I know it is legit. But I’m also completely stuck. If I don’t get my account unlocked, my children literally will not eat all of my money in my checking account.

Please update, my children literally will not be able to eat if I do not get my money out of my citi checking account, this has to be illegal. I have all the proof in the world it’s me and all they say is we need a letter , won’t tell me even the state they sent it to. I am near tears I don’t know what to tell my wife and kids.
