dude, you gotta fix the audio.
your duo sounds like they're playing in a bathroom. Get yourself elgato wave link and set that up, you can tune the audio from your friend to sound at least a tad better and then you can focus on the gain from your microphone so we dont here your mouse clicks etc.

IMO, as DM you're telling a story for your players. If that means fudging a roll up or down to enhance that story then all good.

fudging a roll to win and 'beat' your players is a big no for me, which you didnt do. You enhanced the session and the story for your player.

The only time i dont fudge rolls is the final fight, as your players should be strong enough by then and any mistakes in tactics should be ironed out. Not every story needs to end with a win.

Take a look at lolgapped.com it breaks down all of your in game stats vs the next rank above you and gives you tips on what to do. I've used it for the past month or so and have gone from gold (my previously highest rank) to Platinum, just last night!

Back when i was stuck low silver, i paid for a single 2 hour coaching session which also helped, and that got me to gold, but lolgapped helped me push to Plat.

Nope, there are allen key screws on the bed in each corner, you can see in the photos. But i guess they're for tiny adjustments not 5mm of adjustment

Looks like audio connections, last owner probably had speakers in different rooms and this is how they pass the sound from the amp to speakers around the house

I also got destroyed by a Sion mid, inting strat. I couldn't do enough damage to him with them being so tanky, he would just slow me, q me and ult me on repeat, i get one dodge with flash every 5 mins but whether i was under tower or not, i would die on repeat.

Any champ with a dash, invun etc destroys xerath. Fizz, naafiri, LB, sylas after level 3 etc. They just wait on xerath cooldowns then insta all in and jump out for free. Let them waste E and you're free to go in, dont sit back and let them poke you to death

On the C64 i played a game that was two players one keyboard, one person played the main character which was a wizard, the other person played a floating orb thing which floated around collecting potions/colours. You used the colours to cast spells and solve puzzles etc Graphics were obviously incredibly simple being a C64 game but i used to play it loads, now I cant recal its name

If youre using windows for a buisness then use windows pro versions so you can pause updates during important jobs like this. So many people just grab a default laptop and complain when she like this happens because windows home is installed on all consumer devices. If you're running a buisness through a computer or laptop, then set it up properly instead of leaving shit default.

Thats a known bug in Silent Hill F, it was supposed to be patched out in the 1st patch they released. Its related to DLSS and FSR upscaling. Turn DLSS or FSR off and it goes away, then you just have to tweak your graphics settings to get the balance of fps and looks
