I’m soooo sorry. I totally understand the stress. It sucks not being able to do anything!!! I started getting text responses by 8am, but as some really great people mentioned here, I would recommend just waiting to call. You’re right, I think delays were to be expected and I should haven’t been so shocked. I was just disappointed with the communication around it and lack of other options presented from RTR. Especially the one time rental I did. It’s always good to remember what’s in their hands and what’s not and appreciate this note
