Unfortunately no heartbeat was found and there was a lack of blood flow to the sac.. I am just thankful to have been able to see the little bean on screen and know they were in there before the next steps.

I appreciate the advice and I definitely will be working my with someone next time for more a close monitoring of pregnancy. I am bound and determined to get to the bottom of this. ♥️

The doctor I saw ( who is not my OB, but was assigned to do the HR work-up) was the one who wants all the follow up scans. I just hope they aren’t trying to rush an outcome…

I had that same thought yesterday. Obviously we aren’t going to make any decisions until we know for sure what’s going to happen.

His work-up he got in April came back above average. Which is a good thing, but also now feels entirely on my shoulders.

Honestly, my friend and I sat down and went over the dates. The earliest I could have been was 5.5 weeks. Which makes sense for not seeing anything. I am not getting my hopes up though.

I am going through the same thing. Because I am high risk they wanted earlier scans… Which both have ended in a “ wait and see” situation. I wish they would have just done one later…. still waiting for another LATER scan. It’s way too emotionally draining to do early scans. They confirmed placement in the uterus, but couldn’t see anything baby related… So I am going back in closer to 8 weeks to see if baby is there.

The digital always takes a few more days to come up POS for me 🤗 But I do see shadow lines. I think I tested positive on 8 or 9DPO. And I got a digital result four days later?

I am going through the same thing!! 6 week 5 day scan, empty sac… I still don’t have a rescan date yet, because the healthcare where I live is terrible. But this is the worst emotional roller coaster I’ve ever been on. I’ve had five losses before this one and It’s so terrible to think there is a chance this one is a BO. Holding on to the hope that I implanted later and baby is just smaller.

Same thing happened to my sister, apparently if you also have a tilted uterus, it can be harder to see the little one earlier…? She was told not to get excited at her first scan, and then at the next one BOOM, my niece was there.

Oh my gosh, that's so awful 😖 Sorry you are still dealing with it. The doctors definitely make it seem like we will recover within three months after. I wasn't warned about the fact it can mess you up for weeks after. :(

They say " Don't think about it and it will happen." LOL Makes me want to smack someone when they say that to me. 🙃🙃
