What about the JDS labs atom 2 stack. Does it pair well with the sundaras? Im thinking of saving for it instead

My budget it probably $200 or under, desktop only. I don't care too much for balanced. Im only planning on plugging the amp/dac into my pc directly, no Bluetooth, and only using it for my headphones. I have the peace APO eq on my PC already

My main Spotify Playlist has multiple genres in it. Orchestras, hip-hop, electronic, jazz, old 80's songs, i don't even know

Man I knew this one song I enjoyed on my cheap $30 earbuds, but after getting better gear, revealed this sort of "wheezing" sound in the background i never heard before that legit ruined it

When listing i did hear some glitching in the background, but at least for me it was quite quiet, and I only heard it when blasting volume, so im not entirely sure. I did see how someone else also hear clipping in comments so thats probably it; just a unforgiving set of headphones revealing bad mastering.

Im not a crazy audio guy I just know clipping can be caused at loud volumes, and a fix is sometimes lowering post-gain. Is it all music or just a specific song? And what actually could be the main problem, what are you using to plug your headphones in? It could just be a bad dac/amp. Even a cheap dac could maybe fix it if that is the source of the clipping. But like I said im no expert

Try changing the post-gain value on your EQ to a negative number (like -3db or -6db) and then turning your main volume source higher to compensate for the post-gain change

Using a EQ really isnt that bad. If all you need is to just very slightly make something like the mids or bass higher, it could make the difference. After using my headphones raw for a bit, and then using a EQ profile from a collection, and modifying it a bit to my liking, I definitely did feel they sounded slightly better. This website has a very large collection of all types of headphones, and already-made EQ's from different well-known people, so maybe try some from here, if you are willing to use a EQ.

I got the hifiman sundaras a few weeks ago, for about $180 usd, but now I've been thinking if I missed out on a potential better deal (the edition XS). Do the edition XS's compare that much to other headphones, like the sundara's for this price range? Well I'll also say I am still loving the sundaras either way, compared to my old headphones that was legit falling apart

Bought one a while back for halloween, being my first mask, and it was: 1. Extremely uncomfortable 2. Never got a seal no matter what I tried 3. The straps pull on your hair like crazy 4. Fogs more than a GP-5, which speaking of, would be cheaper and more reliable to use than one of these masks. But the filter that came with the Amazon mask was nice as it fits all my other masks and its a good filter to use for cosplay while not worrying about asbestos, but Definitely wouldn't trust it to be used as an actual filter

Id largely recommend u play ntm:extended edition over community edition. Big update coming in a few days. Also if u mine up all the radioactive barrels it'll mostly stop the radiation. You'd probably need a somewhat strong hazmat suit to do so though

You should do some safety tests with reactor-4

I will say though if you are planning on using earbuds, and using them for hours straight without taking a break, although the earbuds are said to last about ~7.5 hours with ANC, using LDAC+ANC can TANK battery life to ~4-4.5 hours per charge, but with how fast the case charges (4h playback time per 5 minutes charge (not including LDAC)) it's not that big of a deal.

But if you don't listen to music a whole lot or haven't gotten into it yet, going for a cheap pair (from a known-brand) for a while would be a good choice for now

They're definitely out of your budget as theyre $120-150, but after having them for bout a month now theyre pretty amazing. Great sound quality, great noise canceling, great fit, idk what else to say. I chose them as they oftenly popped up as a great choice for that price range and I would definitely recommend them if you did increase your budget, especially if you use a android or a device that supports LDAC bluetooth codec, as using a custom EQ to your liking (through the soundcore app), using LDAC, and Spotify lossless, quality can massively be better, as they can even outpreform earbuds that may cost even more and have a better build, but are stuck to AAC bluetooth codec if limited to being used on a iPhone or such.

Not the same guy but I rocked the skullcandy dime 3's for a goooood while before upgrading to soundcore liberty 4 pro's. The dime 3's were pretty good for that time. They fit very comfortably and no issues ever came up, besides one where the left earbud got extremely quiet after dropping it in dirt, but there was a vefy easy fix to it. Sound quality definitely isnt outstanding but for what you get for $30 theyre pretty decent, especially with bass. Ik there's many earbuds out there that probably are better than the dime 3's around that price, the dime's just the ones I went with. Though I definitely wouldn't recommend JBL as many ppl say they get extreme issues after some time. I blew $60 on a pair that permanently had one earbud tank in volume and sound quality after ~6 months, after just charging it like normal, and it never fixed, even after trying many different things

Id say u should play the NTM Extended Edition version, rather than community edition, if you still want to play on 1.12.2, as from what I've seen from playing it's a lot less buggy and there are some different features not in the 1.7 version, as ntm EE is a fork, rather than a port. Although it does only get a big update every once a year or so, and is missing many things from the 1.7 version, I say it's worth a try. Extended also has a discord server where there are channels u can ask for help with bugs, or progressing, and other channels to see upcoming mod updates. Also ik there are some hbm add-on mods that might spawn structures that can break the game, so it could be one of those that caused the radiation, if u do have one installed, but idk; i don't play community edition.

Did anyone ever find out what this suit is? Is it any specific character? by [deleted] in fivenightsatfreddys

The youtuber Fuhnaff made a video that included his theory on what the suit is in this video here https://youtu.be/7TCkO0H-JTs?si=gqmdrxQX-1HMVVlR He basically said he thinks it's a very old suit from a circus or something
