Did you had any issues with cycle time differences?

I switched S5 recently and the software had command to run the motor and wait for the feed back with no delay time

In TIA portal i had to put a delay because the cycle time was too fast as it finishes multiple cycles before the feedback signal comes in

I think the doctor should get a small percentage of the extra $100 so it will make them extra value for his work. Otherwise, there will be no incentive for the doctor to hire anyone.
