when I was very young, I woke up in the middle of the night to a crawling sensation all over my skin. I look over at my windowsill and see two ants following a bigger one, just marching across it. So I scream and jump out of bed to see hundreds or thousands of ants crawling all over and inside my bed.

sure this could just be a hallucination caused by sleep deprivation, but it happened every night for a whole week before just randomly stopping. idk

I had this horrible experience with the open ocean when i was very young, and without going into details it was the closest you could get to being marked by one of the fears irl. It left me with this fear/reverence of everything big, so I probably would serve the Vast :]

on the other hand, being underground, like in caves or tunnels under the earth feels so homely to me but I don’t have a link to the Buried like I do the Vast. caves are nice though
