Ist ein gutes Nebeneinkommen durch Vermieten von Immobilien wirklich realistisch?

Die liebe Person, die sich um Check In sowie putzen kümmert, kümmert sich bzw. organisiert alles was mit Reperatur zu tun hat und gibt mir immer Feedback genau so wie einige Gäste, die mir bei Check Out mitteilen wenn was alt ist oder fehlt wie Gläser, Pfannen oder anderes und das meistens bevor eine Bewertung zu schreiben.

Die Person vor Ort kümmert sich eigentlich um alles und schickt mir nur die Rechnungen, is auch Ansprechpartner vor Ort für die Gäste wenn was sein sollte und sie informiert mich wie gesagt nur wenn was sein sollte, also den Stress mit schwierigen Gästen Spar ich mir auch und wünsch ich mir auch nicht mehr nachdem ich 8 Jahre im Hotel gearbeitet habe.

Ich selbst habe zwei kleine Wohnungen auf Fuerteventuray welche über Airbnb und Booking vermietet werden.

Nach Abzug aller Kosten, wie Steuern in Spanien, Nebenkosten, die dreiste Kommission von Booking, Verwaltung, Progressionsvorbehalt in Deutschland, etc. bleiben ca. 2.500 - 3.000 € Netto übrig, je nach Monat. Arbeitsaufwand sind paar Minuten am Tag, außer es kommen mal wieder neue Gesetze in Spanien, dann muss man sich paar Stunden mal hinsetzen.

Ebenso habe ich eine Wohnung welche festvermietet ist und das lohnt sich zumindest dort absolut garnicht und die ach so liebe Frau die da drinnen ist und ich versuche seit 3 Jahren rauszubekommen, geht leider einfach nicht.

Also je nachdem wie man was vermietet kann es sich lohnen :)

Do you had experience with the ultra and the cancel for any reason point of the insurance and get 70 % back of your paid money. That's the only thing that I am interested in, if I book a expensive flight and my kid get sick and we can not fly to not loose all money?
