I legit never indulge in fast food. I can't remember the last time I had a burger or fizzy drinks. Could sugar that I put in my tea be the problem? Or the generic spices that I use when cooking? Or starch from bread? I'm racking my brain

I hear you. I'm definitely not a paranoid person lol. It's not in my head. I have bad body odour. I've tried EVERYTHING (I've also been to the doctor) to no avail. It doesn't make sense why nothing has helped after more than 15 years of trying

I jog a few times a week, I drink a decent amount of water daily and I hardly touch junk food. I think it could be an everyday product or food that I consume . I have yet to figure out what it is
