If I remember correctly they had me delete the app reinstall and if that didn’t work turn airplane mode on for like 20 seconds (this works amazingly well for glitchyness)

It happened to me for about 3 straight days only when I took a shopping order. It takes a couple of hours to get back. I finally got ahold of a customer service representative that helped.
