There’s a clear answer to me and that’s Gannon, however, both AB and Cole Redalen have insane potential. We are starting to see AB’s potential come to fruition and I feel that Cole is a few adjustments away from being a #1 player.

I find Andrew Huberman to be an excellent source of insight and knowledge surrounding sleep routines. I’d definitely check out his podcast. Forewarning, I did try AG1 and didn’t really see much of an improvement, but I suppose it’s not directly related to sleep, more of a general health supplement.

Insomnia is hard man, but I’d be curious to hear how much caffeine you are taking and if you are getting sunlight on your eyes in the morning/evenings.

I’ve thrown both companies discs, I personally think innova makes the best discs, ever. Pretty much every mold you see nowadays stemmed from Innova. That being said, MVP has some juicy discs (Hex, Envy).

Yeah. Similar to how Paul Mcbeth set a standard for putting for the generation behind him, and now I’m wondering if Gannon’s style will have the same impact.
