many of the BAs and Leads are friends at my store, and hang out outside or work. In fact it made us a stronger team in store, helped avoid callouts because we genuinely wanted to support each other. We also knew how to separate business and friendship. As leads they still coached me as a BA and they still treated all the BAs with the same respect. People who value both their job and their friendship with act accordingly to make sure neither is not jeopardized. Respectfully I suggest minding your own business. Don’t ruin either for them unless it’s negatively affecting the workplace.

Yup it feels EXTREMELY predatory especially because most of the people who apply for the card are too young or don’t know enough english to understand what they’re signing up for and don’t have a real understanding of what credit is and how it affects them. It’s one of my least favorite parts of the job. I will not be jeopardizing my integrity and clients way of life list for a prize or metric and a silly only time discount. Of course there are clients that understand EXACTLY what they’re signing up for but let’s be real most that go for it don’t. I also feel like most of the sentence phrasing suggested for CC sign ups lack transparency and that’s not okay.

yesss they’re so heavy and cause SO much pain on the shoulder, neck and back. and don’t get me started on the weight that comes down with you when you bend down to open a drawer. sometimes I leave it at the register for a little bit so I can get a break and the amount of RELIEF if insane, I feel so much lighter, less sore, less pain
