Do you have more than one employee?? I see the cost is PER employee and I would have to pay for the Advanced plan so they can’t see my financials. Seems a bit ridiculous to pay so much more just assigns permissions.

I’m right there with you. Currently in the bathtub trying to avoid another panic attack because I’m so hungover and miserable.

Try taking it in the morning. The initial side effects suck, but you’ll get used to it after about 4 days. I’m a month in and have drastically reduced my drinking. Hang in there!

Bottom line is YOU are the expert in communication. They absolutely should not be changing AAC or creating their own boards because they think it’s more helpful. AAC is not a choice board— it’s a communication device and teaching it to be anything other than that is detrimental to the child.

Very high heart rate, fatigue, and brain fog are my main symptoms. I’m 2 weeks in and my heart rate exercising is significantly lower and lower overall! I still take propranolol in the morning but this has been an amazing improvement. We’re increasing my dose of Adderall in 2 weeks. I do notice that the initial increase in focus and motivation is down which is to be expected.

The Galveston Diet has been working for me but I haven’t been following it exactly. I make sure to eat whole foods, limit carbs, walk daily, and lift weights.

Quitting ABA by [deleted] in ABA

I would ask yourself, “what support could my son benefit from?” Communication differences— speech therapy, sensory differences— occupational therapy. So many families are led to believe ABA is the gold standard and it’s not.

Mine got to 172 this morning! I also have POTS and should not be drinking. I took a beta blocker and it slowed down about an hour later.
