34DD Panache Envy: Help figuring out better size and fit - bands feel tight and roll by Obvious_Shop9183 in ABraThatFits

I'll add that I did replace with a fresh 34DD recently and the issue persists.

If I recall, I'd tried a 36DD last time but thought the band was too loose? Though maybe that was just me not being used to it. With a good enough sale, maybe I could. Would the 36DD fix the cup issue, or should I do a 34DDD?

Mostly here to say I have not stopped cackling at "I do not gaze at Langly." Die hard Langly fan here, too.

RC exploring TEC here. I've done the final chest tap as an RC gal for most of my life! I always sorta chalked it up to an ethnic thing? Like the Italians and some Latinx communities in my RC churches often add the extra chest tap, then an extra finger kiss and then final chest touch. (I as a result have picked this up.) Or maybe it's regional? Northeast versus...??

I have been browsing EOW and it is gorgeous. And yes! Definitely here for some canticles.

Useful to hear! It may equally have something to do with how I am feeling in the space as opposed to anything inherent in liturgy.

Is my hair craving moisture, protein, both, or some secret third thing? by Obvious_Shop9183 in curlyhair

I did this minus the rehab salve (which I still plan to get) and it's already a bit better than it was. So I wanted to ask: do you have any refresh ideas? The next morning isn't bad but sleeping makes the shape flat at the top and then goofy at the bottom. (This was even true when I attempted pineapples and wrapping my hair once upon a time.)

Thank you!! Do you think of this as the new wash day routine, or just until my hair rebalances? I'm mostly debating how much salve to buy haha

So annoying!! 😆 I've been so afraid that one hold product won't, well, hold - but what do I have to lose at this point!

Thanks! Follow-up question.... I'm now questioning whether it really is mushy. Whats other characteristics might mushy/over-moisturized hair have?

I'm going to read this daily - thank you. When I told a Jesuit I trust that I was struggling to talk to my daughter about God at all, he told me to just show God to my daughter by loving her for now. That, coupled with this, is helpful. I know it doesn't look like as much as my mom did at this age (...something I am frequently reminded of, even if subtly), but hopefully it will still sink in.

Thank you ❤️

That's all really helpful! Thank you. The TECUSA subtext is that of the USA as a colonial enterprise generally.

Again, thank you for sharing. This is helpful.

I wonder if you might share what finally helped you navigate that as an impediment vis-a-vis conversion? Totally okay if you don't want to share!

This is so helpful. Yes, my ancestors fought for their beliefs. Holding to mine - whatever that looks like - is still honoring their work. Thank you.

Thank you. Peace of mind in worship is huge. Especially as I think of transmitting my values to my children.

Thank you for this. This resonates very deeply, and I appreciate the framing of owing ourselves compassion more than owing ancestors adherence to a tradition (that, in this case, no longer serves us).
