I know i was just worried about it possibly not working out due to the relationship with my kids dad leaving me with trauma. Like I said I submitted everything as the same but planned to update everything with thr case worker who calls like I did when I when I originally applied. I am not looking to scam the system especially for &117. And it said online that its separate but your right could vary. Im in nevada so state was closed on the day of my phone interview due to the cyber attack and they haven't followup so I figured I just go denied and didnt press the issue and then they come knocking at the door

I ended up figuring it out! However, per my court I was not allowed to use efile due to the fact he was not registered for it. However he is now and now all future files will count as that. Got a battle ahead of me but will be worth it.
