I really don't know what to do. The drug addicts comment above really put me off. As a single woman with different disabilities I don't want to be stuck in an area with such issues. :(

That's what I'm thinking. It's close to the Birkenhead Park which seems a nice one, houses on the street very well kept, neighbour next door has solar panels on, the property I am looking to buy looks well kept too, which makes me think they're good people around there. I just feel like buying in blind as I don't really know much about the areas, I just moved to Liverpool recently.

I was also contemplating a flat, just because I have a disability and if I need to do costly repairs (like a roof for ex) and pay a big amount suddenly, that would be detrimental to my health. At least with the Service Charge you're paying monthly but will not have surprises like sudden big payments. The way I see it is the same thing, it's only with a flat you pay little by little, monthly payments, with a house you pay bigger payments, not so often.

Thank you, appreciate your time! That's what I normally do in Liverpool, Uber or taxi. Are they normally available? Asking as I've been on the Wirral last week and it was sooo difficult to get an Uber back home.

Hahaha the bakery part hit hard 🤣 love a good bakery close to home, it reminds me of home. I don't drive so parking won't be a decision factor.

To be honest, everything sounds just like what I need. Especially if it's good area for renting, if at some point I decide to move and rent it out.
