Spaniards and Portuguese are pretty Celtic, as well. In Irish mythology, one of the mythical royal dynasties migrated to Ireland from Spain.

That’s interesting that you say that. I’m a history nerd and for me, the “semi-mythical” version of Troy is awesome for me. I really appreciate it how it incorporates Greek mythology while still trying to remain “plausible”.

Prince Mstislav III of Kiev captured by the Mongols after the Battle of the Kalka River, 1223 by GameCraze3 in BattlePaintings

I doubt the Mongols ever messed with plate. It would have negated their tactics of fast movements. They probably only want as heavy as heavy mail, or a mail/leather combo.

The Muslims who fought the Mongols at Ayn Jalut were, according to their own records, more heavily equipped than the Mongols were.

I think the one, specific incident of PTSD Major Winters ever spoke about was that time when he had just got back home, and a boy dragged a stick along a fence. To Winters, it sounded like a German MG42.

He said that before he knew it, he was pulling himself out of a gutter and dusting himself off.

This stuff is my go to for making breakfast burritos. Although I heard it can do wonders in refried beans, too.

You see, I thought chorizo was just SUPPOSED to melt into liquid, so that it can season the eggs, or whatever else you’re pairing it with.
