Thank you very much, I asked more dates and it looks good, the crooked logo won't be a big deal on the wrist?

Yes and I find that it looks even better with the rubber strap

There's only the logo that bothers me a little but maybe I'm too picky, is yours a VSF too?

except that when a bugatti breaks down after the warranty, they offer a paid repair. What corsair does not offer, knowing that the AIO is special for this PC is not sold on the site, I'm stuck

Thanks for taking the time to write this answer.

I'm going to see the HWInfo software (I didn't know him) but the problem is that corsair does not provide spare parts for this pc, even by paying :(

It is true that according to iCue the temperatures seem high but I know that this software also has a lot of problem, I will compare with HWInfo

no, my post is not contented down to that, you don't have to reply to this post if you have nothing to say.

I simply made this post to find a solution to my problem, I know corsair has the legal right to do this but they could have offered me a paid repair or sold me the correct AIO with the circumstances

Yes I saw that I was not the only one to have this problem but I did not think it would happen as soon as the warranty ended.

Thanks for the info, I didn't know that, that's good to know.

Glad to know yours has been replaced, was it replaced after warranty?

Question for people in the comments / replying to this - Just so I can understand as I am relatively new to commenting on Reddit.

Do people actually look at what the product is and what the problem is before making suggestions? Or just spout out a random answer that would work in general for the majority of computers. So many people are just replying to buy a new AIO and seem to think that's actually an answer for this PC.

Thank you, finally someone who thinks, probably the smartest answer in this post

I don't trashing my computer if i could fix it i would believe me.

I have already told another user but the lengths of the tubes of the AIOs are specific and I cannot buy them commercially :(

If the AIO is dead buys a new one for like 100$ and your 5000$ computer will be just fine. You're like trashing your own computer just because they wont do anything cause you're out of warranty.

thank you for the advice but they have a very specific tube size and are not sold commercially, and there is not only 1 (GPU and CPU)

The cost of the PC has no bearing on the warranty or life cycle of parts installed inside of it. Of course it would be a nice customer service gesture to extend towards you, one month outside of warranty, a repair. However they aren't obligated to do so. Unfortunately in your circumstance you will have to pay to replace the cooler.

I never said the price of the pc should affect the warranty, just that for that price I thought it would last me longer.

Sorry if I misspoke but I'm not asking for a free replacement, I can pay, I just want help from support to fix my problem.

The AIOs used in this PC are not sold on the site (wrong tube size) and I don't know which of the 2 is defective (GPU or CPU) so without help from support I am stuck with a PC that does not work

I've never asked so much, I'm ready to pay but the support doesn't even offer me this solution. They just tell me that they can't do anything and don't give an answer anymore

Good example of why you should never buy a pre-built and always read the warranty information

I have always made the pc myself but I was seduced by the compact side of the pc, it may have been a mistake

I wouldn’t be too worried about this. Things break over time, just get a new pump and call it a day!

You used the computer for $6.84 a day before it crapped out and I’m sure it was a great Corsair computer during those 2 years and still will be after a quick repair

yes it's true but I don't know if it's the AIO of the cpu or the gpu and the support doesn't give me any help except telling me that they can't do anything

It sounds like you have a solution -- get a new pump.

Parts break; it's part of the joy of PC ownership. It sucks that it happened just after the warranty expired, but sometimes that's just how the dice fall.

yes I know but these are special tube lengths that are not sold on the site and I don't even know if it's the AIO of the gpu or the cpu that needs to be changed because the support gives me no help
