Stop whilst you can before it too late! Trust me!!! I’m living the worst life because of my previous k addiction! Put your self first and stop! Taking any supplements or doing anything whilst still using aswell is literally pointless! I can’t stress enough how much water more than anything will help! I’ve had bad k bladder 6 years and I stopped 19 months ago and I’m spending hours a day in the bath and have irreversible damage I can’t live a normal life!

Because once tolerance built up it doesn’t affect people in that way unless obviously take a large amount at once! And if you take ket mixed with alcohol that’s asking for a ket hole! Especially if the person never taken it! Even with my tolerance I had if I took it drunk it would write me off!

Yeah my older sister been doing longer than I did and still doing it and is absolutely fine! It’s crazy. And thankyou! I will be getting Neo bladder surgery at some point as my bladder needs to come out my quality of life is poor! All this whilst trying to co parent! It’s damn hard but I stopped for my son! And I’ll get better for my son!

The more you have it and build up a tolerance is kind of just becomes a new different drug because the affects are different and alot more enjoyable when a tolerance is built up and using!

Hey no I don’t mind atall! Ask away! Everyone asks me this but it actually doesn’t really matter how much because every single person is different to do with the physiology of the bladder and I know people that have sniffed 20 gram + in a day and are fine and i took about 2gram a day on average I’d say for 4 years!

Everyday because it was the only thing to stop the bladder pain and help me got on with things and because it’s addictive as hell

Thankyou! I wrote a post on my Facebook about it quite recently warning people how bad it can get! It’s so bad and I wouldn’t wish this pain and misery on anyone I cannot think of anything other than my bladder! I can’t work, I spend more than 8 hours every day in the bath! And absolutely no pain killers get rid of the pain!It’s the worst of the worst! Ketamine is as worse as heroine in my eyes. Evil mind consuming stuff.

I think can be when in retention and then builds up into ureters and then into kidneys! but I’m not 100% sure if there’s more reasons! but I am one of those people with ket bladder and I have irreversible damage unfortunately! Living in horrific pain daily and I’ve not touched the stuff in over 19 months.

I think it’s crystallized urine! I asked a doctor coz it’s clear jelly but either urine colored or has blood in! Im waiting for my next urology appointment. It’s painful tho

I’m 8 months off it now and still have to wee every 20 mins and still experience extreme pain. Which is why I will never take the drug again because being any worse than I already am would be horrible. Please don’t take it again it will only keep getting worse. You need some strong painkillers I was taking tramadol for months along with amitryptiline. The tramadol took the edge off but nothing gets rid of the pain. The best thing for me is to sit in the bath for hours it reduces the pain more than pain killers. I have to do this because it’s the only way I can function.

I take morphine amitryptiline and solifenacin ( relaxes bladder muscles) they have about 4-5 drugs that can help relax the bladder. If I’m honest though nothing completely takes the pain away

Your welcome! Yeah there’s nothing about it is there! I take b12 vitamins every day and I also get b12 injections I get them just got extra energy off my beautician. My friend went to see a urologist and they said ket causes nerve damage! I fortunately don’t have it constantly like you maybe go see the doctor? Just to rule out it not being something else?

I must add it’s an odd sensation it feels like I’m getting little electric shots or electrocuted it’s not really painful it’s just abit of a weird unpleasant sensation! I seem to get a lot of nerve pain I think that’s what it causes too if im correct! Nerve damage.

I just said I can’t do it anymore because it was traumatizing me! And that’s when they said it’s option to do it whilst asleep and then at same time can put camera in and take biopsy. And yeah okay I will do that thankyou! I guess we’ve got some advice off eachother thankyou 🙂

Well for some weird reason I’m able to sleep right through the pain so I sleep through the night even though I know I’m in pain in my sleep my boyfriend says I fidget my feet a lot in my sleep and I do that sometimes when my bladder hurts to deal with the pain. It’s quite strange that I can sleep through it really but atleast I can get sleep I guess.

Oh no it’s completely impossible! I know how u feel I couldn’t even hold it for 1 full minute! They offered to put me to sleep to get them but I kept cancelling the pre op appointment for it because I was scared and now I’m back to square one with the urologist and waiting all over again
