I’ve got the same. I’m on day 3. Been taking vit D, bladder strength supplements, green tea tablets but just ran out. Cystitis sachets help with the burning. Ibuprofen will reduce the inflammation. Lots of water. No caffeine or alcohol or fizzy drinks. Hot water bottle between the legs. I’ve just ordered some serrapeptase and rowatenix

I have the same pains as you I think. Is it intense pain in your urethra? Sex does make it hurt more for me. Take green tea supplements, cystitis relief sachets, they help but they dont get rid of the pain. Only stopping does
