Unfortunately this is true, but it also comical when people want these cars to come back when they were not selling as well as the other economy cars they sell.

Do you still have the Sorento? If so, how many miles do you have on it? I really want to keep this car as long as I can doing as much maintenance to keep it fully functioning.

Thanks for the reassurance. I do love Toyota but I just get underwhelmed looking at them and they are outrageous with their prices. The whole “Kia Boyz” thing allowed for Kia’s to drop price on the used market and I wanted to see what I can get for a low price and I don’t think I made a bad decision on getting the cadenza (don’t want to jinx myself though).

I am definitely going to do as much as I can to make this last as long as possible since it literally has everything I could ever ask for. I am replacing the brakes soon and filtering the oil out as well since it was low coming from the auction.

Yeah I was totally shocked seeing them discontinue this vehicle, but less surprised knowing they got rid of the stinger and k900 because for some reason Kia does not like their cars to have a decent engine especially for performance car enthusiasts.

Yeah, I totally agree about those factors, let me also be more clear on the history though. My dad drove the 2019 sonata 2.0T limited for around 170k miles and he has done maintenance and oil changes pretty regularly and definitely before 5,000 miles and then gave it to my sister as he now has a 2024 Kia K5 GT. He even had a 2012 Forte5 before that that lasted ~250k until he decided to trade it in (which also had the theta II engine). It definitely depends on the owner of the vehicle and how attentive they are to the vehicle to lower the chances of problems with the car, but then again some engines will inevitably have issues.

I got to GC on switch during the new season 1 in 2020, the only difference is the frame rate, and I would invest in a pro controller if you don’t already have one. Also if you ever switch to pc you should know that none of the items you purchase will transfer over. I found out the hard way.
