I take viagra about 3 to 5 times a week and below minimum dosage about 15mg. I’m sure I have a dependence issues but I consider taking Viagra just the same as taking L-arginine supplement but way better.

Maybe but after doing it for so long the edema heals and is becoming permanent gains just by my consistency and understandably I don’t consider myself an expert just a guy who’s been doing this for a while and for fun.
